Improve your Express Entry Score with a Nomination from Nova Scotia

Are you in the Express Entry Pool and looking to improve your Comprehensive Ranking System Score? Then applying for a Provincial Nomination from Nova Scotia could be an option for you!

Nova Scotia offers several different programs depending on your background and skills.

There is an option for those with a job offer from an employer in Nova Scotia, those who have previously worked in Nova Scotia and one for those who are in Express Entry and have work experience in an occupation on their skills list.

For those of you in Express Entry with no job offer and no previously work experience in Nova Scotia, if you meet the following requirements you could apply for a Provincial Nomination from Nova Scotia under their Nova Scotia Demand: Express Entry stream. The requirements are as follows:

1) Foreign diploma, certificate or credential and its educational credential equivalency assessment by a designated body or Canadian educational credential.
