Express Entry Continues to Invite Those Without Job Offers

On March 27th, 2015 Citizenship and Immigration Canada did their 6th draw under Express Entry.

It was the biggest draw to date, with 1637 invitations given. While that was a key difference in this round, the most important difference was the score used for selection.

For the second time in a seven day period, Express Entry continued to select those without a job offer or a provincial nomination. The minimum score for selection in round 6 dropped by 28 points to 453.

This is great news for those already in the pool, or getting ready to enter the pool without a job offer or provincial nomination.

Previous Draws were as follows:

  1. January 31st, 2015 – 779 invitations – Minimum score of 886
